Support covers wrong or unclear calculator results, pages that do not work, accessibility problems, and questions about how FYGIX handles your data. Messages are read by the FYGIX maintainers, who aim to reply within three business days.
FYGIX cannot provide medical, financial, or legal advice through support.
Reporting a calculator result
Name the calculator and its language, and copy the Calculator version and Formula version shown under Methodology on that page. Describe the case in general terms, for example "a 30-year term at 6% shows a total interest that looks too low".
Do not include passwords, authentication links, health measurements, financial account details, or the exact values you entered. A report never needs your real inputs; representative round numbers are enough to reproduce a formula issue.
