Calculator values

Calculator values are processed to return the requested result. The calculator flow does not save raw submitted values to your account or session, does not put them in the result URL, and marks calculation responses private and not cacheable.

Accounts and cookies

If you create an account, FYGIX stores the account and authentication data needed for registration, sign-in, verification, password reset, sessions, and your saved locale preference. Passwords and reset or verification credentials are not stored as plain text. You can use public calculators without creating an account.

FYGIX uses security and session cookies for features that require them and a locale preference cookie. Browser controls can remove cookies, although account features may then stop working.

Service logs, analytics, and advertising

Current service logging retains operational request metadata needed for security and reliability. The deployed logging rules exclude request bodies and sanitize sensitive authentication routes and tokens.

The current release does not configure product analytics or advertising scripts. If that changes, this page must be updated before those services are enabled.

How long data is kept

These periods describe the current release as deployed; each one is enforced by the software or by the server rotation rules.

Calculator values: Not stored. They are processed to return the result and are not written to your account, your session, the result address, or the application log.
Account data (e-mail address, password hash, verification state, locale preference): Kept until you delete the account; deleted immediately and permanently when you do.
Sign-in sessions: End after 120 minutes without activity and always after 24 hours; the session cookie is removed when the browser closes; every session is deleted with the account.
Verification and password reset links: Valid for 60 minutes; the queued e-mail record is removed 24 hours after it is sent or fails.
Security event log (event type, outcome, time): Kept for abuse prevention; it contains no e-mail address, IP address, or calculator values, and deleting the account leaves it without any personal identifier.
Server access logs (request metadata): Rotated daily and kept for up to 14 days; sensitive authentication routes are not written to the access log.
Application logs: Rotated daily and kept for up to 14 days; they exclude request bodies and sanitize authentication tokens.

How to delete your account

Deletion is self-service and takes effect at once; no request has to be sent.

Sign in, open My FYGIX, then Account Security.
Choose Delete account.
Confirm your identity again with your password, or with Google if you signed up that way.
Within five minutes, tick "I understand that this cannot be undone" and choose Permanently delete account.

The account, its sessions, pending verification or reset links, and queued e-mails are deleted immediately in one transaction; a security event without personal identifiers is kept. If you can no longer sign in, write from the account e-mail address through the official contact channel and the maintainers will verify the address before acting.
